We are thinking about spring at the Dream Lounge (and not just because the weather is frigid!) We are looking at trends, searching for inspiration, getting excited about the pastels and sunshine that seem so far from the freezing rain and snow of late January in NYC. Pinterest is, for me, one of the most perfect places to seek said inspiration, but in a social atmosphere. I can see lovely things, but also see how my network of friends responds to these images, both fashion and otherwise. It is a mini focus group of sorts, where real-life trends go viral. Today, one of my Pinterest friends posted an image of the perfect bikini. She loves it- and so do I! The colors are screaming Spring 2013, the urban hippie style is so right now. This is the perfect thing to take me away to a world of warmth and perpetual sun.
