Spread the Word (and the Love)

Do you think social media works? I feel like the concept of social media can be easily debunked. You need so many things to line up in order to chart a post or a tweet from its birth to product purchase. Customer service and word of mouth is so much more valuable. As an obsessive shopper, I know one of the most important elements in the purchase process is “word of mouth.” If my fabulous friend bought something at an obscure little boutique down the street, you better believe I am checking it out. So when I am given the chance to spread the Dream Lounge story, I LOVE to do it, because I know it matters. My daughter is in a new school this year, and I am telling everyone about us.
